OffkaiFees
On card payments, an Offkai order can include two small fees on top of the ticket:
- a service fee (a flat ~$0.35 per ticket), and
- the card processing fee (~2.9% + $0.30, set by the card networks).
Hosts can either add these on top of the ticket price or absorb them into it — either way, the full breakdown is shown before you pay. On your card statement the charge appears as the host's name followed by * OFFKAI APP.
Paying by Venmo/Zelle/PayPal or cash? There's no Offkai fee — you pay the host directly, so the amount is just the ticket price (plus anything the host's own app charges).
Your local currency
Events are priced in the host's chosen currency. You can set a display currency to see an approximate local equivalent — look for the currency picker shown next to a price. The actual charge still happens in the event's currency, at your bank's exchange rate.
