Contact the host

How to reach the person running the event.

Every host sets a preferred way to be contacted, shown on the event page and in your confirmation email — usually an email address or a social handle (Instagram, X, etc.).

Reach out to the host directly for anything specific to their event:

  • Questions about timing, location, or what to bring
  • Payment or screenshot issues (especially if your RSVP is stuck on Pending)
  • Refunds outside the stated policy
  • Accessibility or dietary needs (you can also leave a note when you RSVP)
