Before committing to a date, some hosts poll their community first. If you got a poll link, open it and sign in — answering requires an Offkai account, even for unlisted polls you already have the exact link to.
Answering
If the poll lists specific dates, mark each one Yes / Maybe / No. If it's a Schedule Heatmap instead, paint the 30-minute time slots you're free across the candidate days — tap a cell to toggle it, or drag across several.
You can also answer any extra questions the host added — multiple choice, dropdown, or short free-text answers — and come back to change any of your answers anytime while the poll is open.
Notify me if this becomes an event
Tick this and you'll get an in-app notification and a summary email (event name, date & time, location, price) the moment the host converts the poll into a real event — and you're automatically added to that event as Interested, so you'll also get any of the usual interested-flow updates from there.
Public vs. unlisted
A poll listed on Discover is public. Others are unlisted — reachable only by the link the host shared with you, and you'll need to sign in to see it even with that exact link.
After it converts
The poll's link automatically takes you to the event page once the host converts it, so a link you bookmarked or saved keeps working. If the host deletes that event later, the poll reopens for voting and the same link falls back to showing you the poll again.
