Your event's insights dashboard

RSVPs and revenue over time, payment-method and add-on breakdowns, and the quick-glance tiles on your event page.

Every event has two views into how it's tracking: the tiles on the event's own hosting hub, and a fuller trend view at View insights.

On the hosting hub

These sit right on the event page, no extra click needed:

  • Status tiles — Confirmed, Pending (payment), Checked in (shown against your total confirmed + pending), and Seats sold (shown against your capacity cap, if you set one).
  • Revenue tiles — Expected, Pending review, and Verified, plus a Cash collected / Cash at door split underneath: collected is cash already taken at check-in, at-door is cash still owed.

Both refresh whenever you reload the page — there's no separate trend here, just the current numbers.

Insights

Click View insights near the top of the event page to open the trend view:

  • RSVPs over time — a cumulative sparkline since the event opened, plus avg/day, the last 7 days, and a projected/day figure. This is the easiest way to spot a slow week early instead of only noticing at the deadline.
  • Status — confirmed, pending, active RSVPs, and seats sold, plus waitlisted, interested, and cancelled counts with a cancellation rate.
  • Revenue — verified vs. expected with a progress bar (verified / pending review / cash at door), and a percent-collected figure. This section is hidden entirely for free events with no add-ons — there's nothing to show.
  • Payment methods — a ranked bar per method (Stripe, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, Wise, cash, other) showing count and share, so you can see how attendees are actually paying you.
  • Add-ons — quantity sold and revenue per add-on, so you can tell which ones are carrying the event and which are just sitting there.
  • Refunds — a count and total issued, if you've refunded anyone.

Payment-method and add-on breakdowns only appear once there's data to show.
