Serendipity IRyStocrats Offkai

Serendipity 💎 IRyStocrats Offkai

HiRyS! Please join us on Saturday, July 4th from 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM for an izakaya lunch to celebrate Hololive Serendipity and IRyS -- all 18+ IRyStocrats are welcome!

These occasions for us to get together only come a couple times every year, so let's make the most of it! Come catch up with fellow fans, listen to IRyS songs, and share JP food including IRyS tofu ("zaru tofu"), sushi, yakitori skewers, and more shiitake (well, actual shiitake yakitori too)!

Have merch you made you want to give out? Trade Cheki/OCG cards with others? Maybe an IRyS flag you want everyone to sign? Feel free to have fun doing activities like this at our event, and if us organizers can help with anything just let us know.

Stick around until the end for an IRyStocrats ENcore group photo outside the venue.

Hope💎 to see you there!

Location and Getting There

If you truly have dietary restrictions that make this menu difficult, please let us know and we will accommodate you (no extra cost).

What to Bring

• QR code (offkai ticket): we will scan them at the door, you will not be able to get in without it
• ID: this is an 18+ event, we will check your ID at the door if warranted
• (optional) if purchasing alcohol: payment (cash or credit/debit card)
• (optional) IRyS wear and merch: happi coats, towels, plushies, anything IRyS or Hololive related that contributes to celebrating this occasion, we want to see it. Remember you will be with like-minded company, there is no such thing as too much fan expression with us. Just make sure it's respectful to the venue, e.g., keep items with NSFW art out of view and don't bring anything of excessive size.

Payment

(Update 06/24/2026) This event is at maximum capacity. If any spots open up due to cancellations, we will manually offer spots to individuals signed up on our waitlist. When this happens, you will get an automated email from offkai.app indicating you have a confirmed spot (pending payment). As there is limited time until the event, payment will be due within 24 hours upon receiving this notification in order to give chances to as many people as we can on the waitlist. Note: f you get promoted from the waitlist and pay for your ticket after our full-refund deadline (July 1st at 11:59 PM PDT), we will not be able to offer any refund in the event you need to cancel.

Please leave a memo on your payment saying your signup name so I can confirm your payment.

We are accepting the following payment options:

• PayPal: please use the Family & Friends option
• Venmo: please TURN OFF the checkbox that says "Turn on for purchases"
• Wise
• Zelle

If you do not follow these instructions I will refund you and you will have to do your payment again. The reason is because payment platforms such as PayPal and Venmo charge a fee for non-personal transactions and this would come out of my pocket. We have priced the tickets as close to at-cost as possible. If there is any surplus from the ticket sales, all will go towards additional gratuity paid to the restaurant.

Behavior Expectations

Respect for each other:

Everyone is expected to be kind and respectful to each other. Our lunch is at an izakaya which presents some unique situations you wouldn’t normally have at a regular restaurant since food is shared and the food items are more unique. Overall:

• Don’t force people to try things they don’t want to try, especially if it violates their personal dietary rules. It’s fine to be playful in encouraging people to try new things, but if someone says no, you need to respect that. I have to say this because we will have tako on the menu: do not “Yukihira Souma” anyone with the octopus, that would be crazy.
• More generally, don’t force people to do things they don’t want to do.
• Do not give alcohol to anyone underage (must be 21+ to drink alcohol).
• Abide by all laws and restaurant rules.

If you need help with a situation, please notify me and I will handle it immediately. Anyone who does not follow these guidelines will be asked to leave the event without a refund.

Respect for the restaurant:

This includes the staff, other customers, and the space (e.g., those giant 45” plushies will need to stay at your hotel).

Final Note

Even though this is an unofficial event, it can't be helped that what we do here will reflect on IRyS, the IRyStocrats fandom, even the larger category of Hololive fans. There will be people who have never met holofans before who just happen to be eating lunch at the same time we are. We must be mindful of how our behavior can factor into public image, and act responsibly to not damage the reputation of our fandom, our Oshi, or Hololive/Cover.

• Wise
• Zelle
