We're back at ANYC! Come run a 5K with us on Thursday August 20th in Central Park!
Meetup at the water fountain outside Sheep Meadow @ noon EST. You can get to Central Park from Javits by taking the 7 from Hudson Yards to 42nd st then the 1/2/3 to Columbus Circle
Participation is free, just show up. Bring comfortable running shoes and clothes and stay hydrated.
I'm planning to run the southern loop up until the reservoir, it might end up slightly longer than 5k.
Everyone at any fitness level is welcome to join, this is not a race.
Don't hurt yourself and don't push yourself especially if it will be hot out, I can't be responsible if you twist your ankle or you get heat exhaustion.
