Important Notes

Age Verification & Entry Requirements

Age verification will be conducted at the venue on the day of the event. Please bring a valid form of photo ID.

The following are acceptable forms of ID:

• Japanese Driver's License
• US Driver's License
• Japanese My Number Card
• Passport

If you do not have an ID from this list, we cannot guarantee your ID will accepted. If you do not have an acceptable form of ID, you may be denied entry to the venue.

As the event ends late at night, anyone under the age of 18 will be denied entry, in accordance with local youth protection ordinances and other applicable regulations.

If you purchase a ticket and are subsequently found to be under 18, you will be denied entry, and no refund will be issued.

Equipment & Venue Property

Participants are responsible for any damage to equipment or facilities caused by their intentional actions or negligence. The organizers accept no responsibility for such damage, and the person responsible will be liable for the cost of repairs or replacement.

In particular, there have been frequent incidents of equipment being damaged by alcohol being spilled or poured onto the DJ booth. Please be extra careful around the equipment!

Photography & Recording

Photos of cosplayers may only be taken during designated photography periods, when purchasing a cheki, or with explicit permission of the cosplayer. Photography outside of these times is not permitted.

When taking general photos of the event, please also be considerate of other attendees and avoid including people in your shots without their permission.

Please be aware that still photos and videos may be taken for event documentation and video production purposes. Your face or other identifying features may appear in these photos and videos.

Other Information

• Unofficial fan event: This event is an unofficial, fan-organized project and is in no way affiliated with the Hakos Baelz, Hololive, Cover Corporation, the live organizers, or any other related parties. Please direct all inquiries about this event to the event organizers.
• Age restrictions & alcohol: Anyone aged 18 or older may participate in the event, but alcohol will only be served to attendees aged 20 or older, in accordance with Japanese law. Alcohol harassment and pressuring others to drink are strictly prohibited, even among attendees aged 20 and over.
• Personal belongings & attendee conduct: The organizers cannot accept responsibility for disputes or incidents between participants, including theft, mix-ups involving belongings or merchandise, assault, injuries, or unwanted advances. However, if any such incidents occur, we will report them to the police and take appropriate action. Please be respectful of your fellow attendees and make sure these things don't happen.

重要事項

年齢確認・入場について

イベント当日は、会場にて年齢確認を実施します。有効な顔写真付き身分証明書を必ずお持ちください。

身分証明書として使用できるものは以下のとおりです。

• 日本の運転免許証
• 米国の運転免許証
• 日本のマイナンバーカード
• パスポート

上記以外の身分証明書については、使用可能であることを保証できません。有効な身分証明書をお持ちでない場合、入場をお断りすることがあります。

本イベントは夜遅くまで開催されるため、青少年保護育成条例などの関連法令に基づき、18歳未満の方は入場できません。

チケット購入後に18歳未満であることが判明した場合も、入場をお断りします。その場合、チケットの払い戻しはできませんので、あらかじめご了承ください。

機材・会場設備について

参加者の故意または過失によって機材や会場設備が破損した場合、主催者はその責任を負いません。破損の原因となった方に、修理費用や交換費用をご負担いただきます。

特に、DJブースにお酒をこぼしたり、飲み物をかけたりすることによる機材の破損が頻繁に発生しています。機材の取り扱いには十分ご注意ください！

写真撮影・録画について

コスプレイヤーの撮影は、指定された撮影可能時間内に限ります。それ以外の時間帯は撮影禁止です。

イベント全体の写真を撮影する際も、ほかの参加者への配慮をお願いします。本人の許可なく写真に写り込ませることのないよう、ご注意ください。

また、イベントの記録や映像制作を目的として、写真・動画の撮影を行う場合があります。撮影した写真や動画には、参加者の顔やその他の個人を特定できる特徴が写り込む可能性がありますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

その他の注意事項

• 非公式のファン主催イベントです： 本イベントはファンによる非公式の企画であり、Hakos Baelz本人、ホロライブ、カバー株式会社、ライブ主催者、その他関係者・団体とは一切関係ありません。本イベントに関するお問い合わせは、必ずイベント主催者までお願いいたします。
• 年齢制限・飲酒について： イベントへの参加は18歳以上の方に限ります。お酒の提供は日本の法律に従い、20歳以上の方のみを対象とします。20歳以上の方同士であっても、飲酒の強要やアルコールハラスメントなどの行為は固く禁止します。
