These opportunities for us to get together only happen a couple of times each year, so let’s make the most of it! Come catch up with fellow fans, make new friends, and let's all have a good time celebrating our Oshi together 💎
Have fan-made merch you’d like to give out? Want to trade Cheki or OCG cards with other IRyStocrats? Maybe you have an IRyS flag you’d like everyone to sign? Feel free to bring things like these and have fun with fellow fans. If there’s anything the organizers can help with, just let us know!

Bar Tsumugiya is at Tokyo, Shinjuku City, Kabukicho 1-17-13, J1 Building 5F. It is about a 3-minute walk from Shinjuku Station and a 2-minute walk from Seibu-Shinjuku Station
🎟️ Ticket Information
- All guests, including +1s, must sign up individually.
- Your ticket includes all-you-can-eat food and all-you-can-drink beverages.
- If you do have dietary restrictions that make the menu difficult for you, please let us know. We will do our best to accommodate you at no additional cost.
🎒 What to Bring
QR Code (Offkai Ticket):
Your QR code will be scanned at the door. You will not be able to enter without it, so please make sure you have it ready.
ID:
This is an 20**+ event**, and your ID may be checked at the door.
Optional — IRyS Wear & Merch:
Happi coats, towels, plushies, flags, or anything IRyS/Hololive-related that helps you celebrate the occasion are welcome! You're among like-minded fans, so there is no such thing as too much fan expression here. 💎
Just make sure anything you bring is respectful of the venue. For example, please keep NSFW artwork out of view and avoid bringing anything excessively large.
💳 Payment
Payment is due within 7 days of your RSVP. If payment is not received within 7 days, you will lose your spot.
When making your payment, please include your signup name in the memo so we can confirm your payment.

Please make sure you pay in Japanese Yen (JPY), not USD. If you pay in USD, we have to convert the funds ourselves and absorb the associated fees. Payments made incorrectly may be refunded, and you will need to submit the payment again.
🤝 Behavior Expectations
Respect for Each Other
Everyone is expected to be kind and respectful toward one another.
An izakaya presents some unique situations compared with a regular restaurant, especially since food is shared and the menu may include some more unusual items.
- Do not pressure anyone to try food or participate in activities they don't want to.
- It's perfectly fine to playfully encourage someone to try something new, but if they say no, please respect their decision.
- More generally, don't force anyone to do something they don't want to do.
- Do not give alcohol to anyone underage. You must be 20+ to consume alcohol.
- Follow all applicable laws and restaurant rules.
If you need help dealing with a situation, please notify an organizer and we will handle it immediately.
Anyone who does not follow these guidelines may be asked to leave the event without a refund.
Respect for the Restaurant
Please be respectful toward:
- The restaurant staff
- Other customers
- The venue and its property
This also means being mindful of what you bring with you. For example, those giant 45-inch plushies will need to stay at your hotel. 😅
📸 Final Note
Although this is an unofficial fan event, our actions can still reflect on IRyS, the IRyStocrats fandom, and the wider Hololive community.
There may be people at the restaurant who have never interacted with Hololive fans before and who simply happen to be dining at the same time as us. Please be mindful of how our behavior may affect the public image of our fandom, our Oshi, and Hololive/Cover.
Let's have fun, celebrate together, and make sure we leave a positive impression!
